Story
The port city of Kaasa faces a fast-growing drug crisis with the appearance of a new drug known as "Rouge et Noir."
The Narcotics Control Department of the Ports and Harbors Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare has assigned a special mission to Ryo Makabe, a narcotics officer from the Special Operations Division, and to you, a rookie narcotics officer in the same division.
Your mission: Make contact with a dealer from the crime syndicate "House," the distributor of "Rouge et Noir," and obtain a sample of the drug.
Following orders, you team up with Makabe as "buddies" and begin a dangerous undercover operation, posing as a couple, but...
